We can and will
briefly outline the natural soil limitations of the soils on the site
with respect to home construction.

:~ A little less than 50% of the parcel has soils with a natural high
water table of 0-5' depth. There are five separate areas of classified
marsh. Areas of marsh naturally have standing water 1-3' deep year round,
with underlying soils that are unstable, low soil strength and unsuitable
for construction, unless excavated, removed and suitable so~_ls filled in.
These marsh areas act as a sponge for collecting surrounding surface water.
Marsh areas are commonly impractical to drain.

A table of soil limitations with respect to home construction, 'taken
from the Anoka County Soil SurveY, is as follows:

Dp - Duelm loamy coarse sand
DnA - Dickman sandy loam, 2-~ slope
Iw- Isanti fine sandy loam
Hu A, B, C - Hubbard coarse sand O-2%o slope
2-~ slope
6-12% slope
Mc - Marsh
Ny A, C -Nymore loamy sand 0-2%

(Please see chart next page)

AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
