The extent of time and money it will <br />take to _.lleviate the very apparent soil limitations to best suit <br />construction may be a factor that has not adequately been considered. <br /> <br /> The Anoka SWCD does not recommend construction in any areas labeled <br />Marsh. <br /> <br /> <br />
