The City's <br />engineering consultants and the Anoka County Environmental Officer <br />evaluated this issue and developed a program for monitoring the <br />migration of leachates from the landfill. This program will be <br />implimented prior to the construction of a municipal well and will be <br />subject to review and approval by the .Minnesota Department of Health. <br />(EAW and Comments to the EAW) <br /> <br />IV.
