I I I I I I I I RESOLUTION NO. 84 Whereas, the City of Ramsey is considering the development of Flintwood Hills, 2nd Addition, and Whereas, the proposed development consists of 180 single units and 2 commercial units, and fami 1 y Whereas, under the rules of the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board Environmental Review Program a residential development with 100 or more unattached units in a 3rd or 4th class city is required to go through a mandatory EAW process, and Whereas, the 30 day review and comment period for the EAW ended on April 11, 1984, and Whereas, according to 6 MCAR3.028 B.l.a, a decision on the need for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is to be made by the City at its first meeting ten or more days after the comment period expiration date and in no case more than 30 calendar days afterwards. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS; The City of Ramsey approves the Findings of Fact which conclude that the proposed Flintwood Hills Second Addition development does not have the potential for significant environmental effects, and The City of Ramsey authorizes the mayor to sign the findings of fact, and e The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward a copy of the findings of fact and notice of decision on the EAW TO the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) for publication in the EQB Monitor, and The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward copies of the decision on the EAW to all persons on the EAW distribution list and to all persons who commented on the EAW within five working days.
