I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84 <br /> <br />Whereas, the City of Ramsey is considering the development of <br />Flintwood Hills, 2nd Addition, and <br /> <br />Whereas, the proposed development consists of 180 single <br />units and 2 commercial units, and <br /> <br />fami 1 y <br /> <br />Whereas, under the rules of the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board <br />Environmental Review Program a residential development with 100 or <br />more unattached units in a 3rd or 4th class city is required to go <br />through a mandatory EAW process, and <br /> <br />Whereas, the 30 day review and comment period for the EAW ended on <br />April 11, 1984, and <br /> <br />Whereas, according to 6 MCAR3.028 B.l.a, a decision on the need for <br />an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is to be made by the City at <br />its first meeting ten or more days after the comment period <br />expiration date and in no case more than 30 calendar days afterwards. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey approves the Findings of Fact which <br />conclude that the proposed Flintwood Hills Second Addition <br />development does not have the potential for significant <br />environmental effects, and <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey authorizes the mayor to sign the findings <br />of fact, and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward a copy of <br />the findings of fact and notice of decision on the EAW TO <br />the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) for publication in the <br />EQB Monitor, and <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward copies of <br />the decision on the EAW to all persons on the EAW <br />distribution list and to all persons who commented on the EAW <br />within five working days. <br /> <br /> <br />
