Letter dated March 6, 1984, from t____~he Corps of Enginee[~: <br /> <br /> This letter stated that work proposed on the project would be <br /> authorized by an existing nationwide Department of Army <br /> permit, which expires on July 22, 1987. <br /> <br /> All conditions stated in that permit will be adhered to during <br /> construction. <br /> <br />2. Letter dated March 8, 1984 form the Minnesota Historical <br /> <br />Review of the project did not reveal the location of any known <br />sites of historic, architectural, cultural, archaeological, or <br />engineering significance. <br /> <br />3. Letter dated March 27, 1984 from the Anoka County Soil and <br /> <br />Water Conservation District: <br /> <br />The Anoka County Soil and Water Conservation District was <br />concerned with soil limitations and flooding and recommended <br />that marsh areas not be constructed on. We are currently <br />working on a grading plan which will require removal of <br />unsuitable soils in the construction areas. A storm drain <br />system will also be installed which will provide a drainage <br />outlet for the project area. <br /> <br />civil · municipal · planning · soils · land surveying <br /> <br /> <br />
