Letter dated April 3, 1984 from the Metropolitan Council: <br /> <br />Metropolitan Council stated that a environmental impact <br />statement was not warranted insofar as regional plans and <br />policies are concerned. <br /> <br />Letter dated April 6, 1984 from the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation: <br /> <br />MN/DOT recommended that a right turn lane and a bypass lane be <br />constructed at 142nd Avenue N.W. along T.H.47. These bypass <br />and turn lanes are proposed and plans will be submitted to <br />MN/DOT at the time an entrance permit is applied for. <br /> <br />6. Letter dated April 6, 1984 from the Metropolit~p~qounci!: <br /> <br />This was a submittal letter for a letter dated March 15, 1984 <br />from MWCC. The MWCC stated that the proposed development is <br />consistent with the City's Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> <br />Letter dated April 9, 1984 from DNR <br /> <br />The DNR questioned the impact on the protected wetland basin <br />No. l15W. They also submitted guidelines regarding runoff and <br />erosion control. <br /> <br />We will be applying for DNR permits for appropriation of water <br />for domestic use and dewatering and for alteration of a <br />wetland when plans are completed. The plans and specifications <br />will address erosion control and the preservation of habitat <br />for wildlife. <br /> <br />Letter dated April 9, 19844 from the Minnesota Department of <br />Health: <br /> <br />The Health Department is concerned about the impacts the <br />Ramsey Sanitary Landfill and the Andover Waste Disposal Site <br />will have on Ramsey's municipal wells. We sent the Health <br />Department a letter on April 11, 1984 responding to their <br />concerns. We have also discussed this subject with Jim Nye at <br />the Health Department. Prior to well construction we will <br />have to obtain approval from the Health Department. <br /> <br />9. Letter dated April 9, ~984 from the MPCA: <br /> <br />I met with MPCA on April 17, 1984 to discuss their concerns on <br />the proposed development. They stated that the impacts <br />related to wastewater treatment would be addressed in the EAW <br />that will be prepared for the Ramsey Second Connection. <br />Therefore, the City will not have to amend its EAW or go <br />through another comment period. <br /> <br /> <br />
