However,
approximately c~e-half of the area drains north along C.S.A.H. No. 5 to Trott
B~ook. The remaining area drains south into lc~ areas and per~ola~ into the

PROPOSED IN~ROV~NTS

Since the present street a~d d~aianGe system can provide an cperati~ street
a~d drainac3e system wi~h some modifications, it is ~ur ~t~ that the
present rural street section be ma_~ntained in the project area. In areas ~here
ditches have been filled, it is proposed to cc~struct bitu~tnous berms alc~3
tabe streets in order to keep the storm wate~ in t~e street. This would limit
the disrupticn to the abuttir~ property and minimize the cost of the
improvement.

STREET IMP~

The existing streets are proposed to be Graded and shaped to aooc~nodate a
~ street width of 26 feet. The rural streets would be paved 24 feet wide
with a variable shoulder of c~e foot (1') wide as sho~ ~ Exhibit B. The
stree~ paved with bittm~no%~ berms ~uld be o~,~-ta-uct~J to a ~ width of
28 feet as sho~ ~n Exhibit C.

The street sections proposed would be narrc~e~ than the City of Ra~sey's
requi~mnents for r~w sbreet oonstructicn but w~uld minimize d~ mruptic~ to the
adjaoent lots during cc~-truction since the street width proposed Generally
follows the present street sectic~ width.
