I I I I I I Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION d~84-- 56 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (MAGNESIUM STREET NW) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted February Z8, 1984, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates with reference to the improvement of the following streets by tarvia surfacing: Magnesium Street NW beginning at County Road 4116 (Industry Avenue NW) and continuing north to a point 280 feet beyond the north section line of Section 35. and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February Z8, 1984. NOW THEREFORE, BE ri' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ~ OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with .~he report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $19,600.00 Z) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 17th day of April, 1984 at 7:45 p.m. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Van Wagner and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of March, 1984.
