! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet <br />in the Ramsey Municipal Center Council Cham~ers at 7:45 P.M. on April 17, <br />1984, to consider the making of an improvement of the following street <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />-- Magnesium Street N.W. beginning at County Road ~116 <br /> (Industry Avenue N.W.) and continuing north to a point <br /> 280 feet beyond the north section line of Section 35. <br /> <br /> The improvement to be considered is to bring Magnesium Street <br />as described above to City standards which include widening the existing <br />street, drainage facilities and bituminuous surfacing. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the <br />property abutting on such street listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $19,600.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: April 3, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
