Site Manager - Terry Miller <br /> <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />FACILITY CLOSURE PLAN <br /> <br /> The following facility closure plan follows the general format of <br />Section V, Subsection 5, of the Anoka County Solid Waste Ordinance No. <br /> <br />m 83_3. items in that subsection are combined as appropriate in the <br /> following discussion. <br />I 1. Notification of Closure <br /> <br />m The Anoka County Oepartdnent of Comprehensive Health (Department) <br /> will be notified at least ninety (go) days prior to termination of <br /> landfilling activity. A planned closure date and arrangements for <br /> compliance with the closure program will be included in the <br /> notification. The Department will also be notified of compliance of <br /> <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />the following regulations within five days of the specified due date. <br />Regular customers of the landfill will be given written notification of <br /> <br />the site's closure date not less than sixty (60) days prior to <br /> <br />completion of landfilling activity. All notifications will contain <br /> <br />infornmtion regarding alternative disposal sites. <br /> <br />Notices will be published in [the Minneapolis Star and the Anoka <br /> <br />Union Shopper] serving Anoka County indicating date of site closure and <br /> <br />location of alternative disposal facilities. The notices will be <br /> <br />published on three occasions, the first at least sixty (60) days and no <br /> <br /> <br />
