Responsible Party <br /> <br /> At the time of closure, the landfill operator will provide the <br />MPCA and the Deparbnent with the name, address, and telephone number of <br />the person responsible for the facility during the post-closure period. <br /> <br /> 4. Final Cover <br /> <br />m <br />m <br /> <br /> During the closure period, areas not yet completed will be brought <br />to final grade and at least 2t feet of material will be placed, graded <br />and compacted. Final cover placenent and grading shall conmence no <br /> <br />I <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />later than 30 days prior to, and be completed no later than thirty (30} <br />days following, cessation of landfilling activity [consisting of 6 <br />inches of daily cover, 1 foot of lime sludge, 1 foot of on-site cover <br />soils, and 6 inches of top soil.
