Existing fencing will m be ~intained around the perinmter of the site. The on-site access point will renmin locked to restrict further use and unauthorized m access to the site. Ultimate fencing requirenents will be ~dified based on the final m end use of the site as determined by the o~mer. I m ! 3. Responsible Party At the time of closure, the landfill operator will provide the MPCA and the Deparbnent with the name, address, and telephone number of the person responsible for the facility during the post-closure period. 4. Final Cover m m During the closure period, areas not yet completed will be brought to final grade and at least 2t feet of material will be placed, graded and compacted. Final cover placenent and grading shall conmence no I m m later than 30 days prior to, and be completed no later than thirty (30} days following, cessation of landfilling activity [consisting of 6 inches of daily cover, 1 foot of lime sludge, 1 foot of on-site cover soils, and 6 inches of top soil.
