I After the covering acttvtty has been completed, the Department shall be notified and allowed access to the site tn order to tnspect the final cover. The placement of final cover may be delayed beyond the above time limits, tn the event of adverse weather conditions, provided that short tern erosion control measure are ~mplemented and that the work delay ~s approved by the Department. 5. Yegetation As areas are completed during the remaining active life of the site, vegetation will be established on final covered fill areas. This will substantially reduce the acreage that will require turf establishment during the closure period. I~ithin sixty (60) days after the site has ceased to accept wastes and following Department approval of the final cover, the finished surface shall be seeded, mulched, and fertilized in accordance with the County of Anoka's 5olid ~laste Ordinance, this plan, and license conditions. % Areas previously covered and seeded shall be re-inspected at this time for adequacy of turf cover. Those areas lacking adequate vegetation will be seeded and procedures taken (fertilization, mulching, etc.) to ensure adequate establishment of turf. I I I I
