I~ithin sixty (60) days after <br /> the site has ceased to accept wastes and following Department approval <br /> of the final cover, the finished surface shall be seeded, mulched, and <br /> fertilized in accordance with the County of Anoka's 5olid ~laste <br /> Ordinance, this plan, and license conditions. <br /> <br /> % <br /> Areas previously covered and seeded shall be re-inspected at this <br /> <br /> time for adequacy of turf cover.
