After approval t~will be submitted to] the County registrar of deeds [for recording]. m This description shall include the general type) quantity end locations I I I of deposited solid waste) the depth of waste fill) original and final terrain descriptions, and other pertinent characteristics of the c~pleted sanitary landfill site. Approval of the landfill closure by the County shall be based upon a professional engineer's certification [and inspection of the site by m the County]. m FACILITY POST-CLOSURE PLAN m I ! The licensee and the o~mer of the facility and any successor in interest will be responsible for the post-closure car~ of the site. The post-closure period begins at the termination of the closure period and continues for a mini~m of five (5) years. The County Board ney extend the five (5) year post-closure period by up to an additional ten m m m m m (10) years to provide tine to correct and/or ~nitor problems with leachate, nethane, turf or final cover. The following post-closure work my be delayed in the event of adverse weather conditions, upon the approval of the Oepartnent, until a change in weather conditions renders such work activities practical.
