The inspection will include mn evalumtton of <br /> <br />m <br />I <br /> <br />soil erosion, sedinentation, vegetative cover mintenance, groundwater <br />,w)nitoring kmlls, soil gas menttortng probes, gas migration control <br />equipment, and site security to determine their conditions. <br /> <br />m <br />m <br /> <br /> 2. Maintenance <br /> <br /> If inspection of the site reveals problems with the cover meterial <br />or the vegetation, corrective neasures will be taken. In the event <br />that gullying or excessive erosion occurs, additional cover soil will <br />be placed and cc~npacted and measures taken to prevent further <br />occurrence of the problem. <br /> <br /> If there are areas where the cover vegetation is poorly <br />established or otherwise stressed, reseeding and/or growth and <br /> <br />m <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />development ~easures will be instituted and an adequate turf <br />established. <br /> <br /> Any equipnent found to need repairs during a routine inspection <br />will likewise be repaired. This includes security fence, gates, <br />~nitoring wells, gas ,easurenent and collection systems, and <br /> <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />storn~ater runoff str~ctures. <br /> 3. Groundwater Monitoring <br /> <br /> The proposed post-closure groundwater ~nitoring schedule for the <br /> <br />, <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />Anoka Sanitary Landfill will consist [of those aw)nitoring points as <br />required by the site permit at tine of closure and as ,~dified from <br />tin~ to tin~ per the requiren~nts of MPCA and/or Anoka County Health <br />Oepartnent] of sampling of all wells, including the residence <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br />m <br /> <br /> <br />
