Council Action: No action is required unless Council deems otherwise. Council should note that they have received said report. CASE ill: APPROVAL OF PAYMENTS: Enclosure (D3-o) contains the following list of additional bills for Council to approve payment: City Attorney's legal fees for July 1984 Mayor Gamec's request for reimbursement for float material Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the payments of the above bills. Please refer to the above enclosure for the proposed resolution. Unanimous consent of Council is required to dispense with the reading of the resolution. Voting no CASE ~:17.: CORRECTION OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES DATED MAY Z4, 1984 REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF FRANCHISE BETWEEN THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND NORTH CENTRAL PUBLIC SERVICE: I I I I I I I Enclosure (D3-p) contains an excerpt of City Council meeting minutes dated May Z4, 1984 regarding the approving of the franchise between the City of Ramsey and North Central Public Service and a letter dated August 27, 1984 from the City Attorney which points out that the aforementioned meeting minutes are incorrect in that they show Council adopting Resolution #84-99 instead of City Ordinance ~84-4A. Council Action: Your action will be to correct the aforementioned meeting minutes to read as follows:: Motion by and seconded by to correct City Council meeting minutes dated May 24, 1984 regarding approval of the franchise between the City of Ramsey and North Central Public Services which now reads "to adopt Resolution ~84-99 approving of the proposed resolution between the City of Ramsey and North Central Public Service." Please refer to resolution file. The motion should be changed to read "to adopt Ordinance ~84-4A granting a franchise between the City of Ramsey and North Central Public Service to operate a natural gas system in the City of Ramsey."
