Findings of Fact <br />River's Bend <br />page 3, July 1984 <br /> <br />H. Air Quality and Noise <br /> <br />The contractor will comply with APC-6. Dust control measures <br />will be used when needed. The local noise control ordinances of <br />Ramsey will be complied with. (EAW) <br /> <br />I. Solid and Hazardous Waste <br /> <br />This project is a Residential Development and will not <br />generate any hazardous waste. The solid waste generated by the <br />project is estimated to be 275 tons per year. This will be <br />disposed of at the Ramsey Sanitary Landfill until an alternative <br />site or method of handling solid waste is developed. (EAW) <br /> <br />J. Fish and Wildlife <br /> <br />There will be no significant impact on any fish and wildlife <br />habitat from this project. (EAW) <br /> <br />Archeological and Historical Resources <br /> <br />This project will not affect any archeological or historical <br />resources. (EAW) <br /> <br />L. Parks and Special Resource Areas <br /> <br />Construction of this project will not create any adverse impacts <br />on parks or special resource area. The project will provide <br />better access to the existing park.(EAW) <br /> <br />M. Roads and Traffic <br /> <br />Ne <br /> <br />The proposed development is estimated to generate approximately <br />a total of 1520 ADT. Turn lanes and bypass lanes will be <br />provided at the T.H. 47 entrances. In addition a proposed <br />Municipal State Aid Street is planned on the North end of the <br />project to provide better access to T.H. 47. (EAW, and comments <br />from MN/DOT.) <br /> <br />Energy <br /> <br />Adequate energy resources are available to construct and serve <br />the project. Natural gas to the project will be provided by <br />North Central Public Service and electricity to the project will <br />be provided by Anoka Electric Cooperative and the City of Anoka <br />Electric Utility. (EAW) <br /> <br /> <br />
