I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />~ITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED. <br />BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This agreement between Mr. Daniel Kuechle, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this <br />day of , 1984. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are <br />understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies <br />fully with conditions and time frames as established by this agreement and plans <br />and specifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building <br />in front of the front setback of his principal structure. <br /> <br />LOCATION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property is legally described as the North 250 feet of the South 544.5 feet <br />of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range ZS, Anoka County and is generally known as 15345 Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br />Ramse¥, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The zoning of said property is R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete <br />his construction and comply with all other applicable codes. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principal <br />structure. <br /> <br /> 3) That the Applicant sshall use his structure for the storage of personal <br />property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted <br />in said structure. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br /> <br />Date: By: <br /> <br />Daniel G.
