RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR WATER AND SEWER <br />FOR RIVER'S BEND): <br /> <br /> Z) Enclosure (DZ-k)contains the following documents which will require Council <br />action: <br /> <br />a) Proposed findings of fact - The proposed findings of fact is based on <br />the EAW and on the replies received from governmental agencies and <br />citizens. Council will have to adopt the proposed findings as they are <br />or amend them. <br /> <br />b) Resolution adopting a position/negative declaration - Based on the <br />findings of fact, Council will have to adopt a resolution which will state <br />a negative or positive declaration. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council will have to accomplish the following action on this <br />case: <br /> <br />a) Findings of fact - Council will have to adopt findings of fact on the <br />EAW by motion.
