Note: Councilmembers have previously received a copy of the EAW :for the River's Bend plat. b) Receiving feasibility report for water, sewer and streets for River's Bend plat - Coundil Resolution #84-106 directed that the City Engineer prepare a feasibility report on water, sewer and streets, etc. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-1) contains the proposed resolution which accepts the City Engineer's feasibility report only, as Council has already authorized the City Engineer by Resolution #84-107 to commence preparation of plans and specifications. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of adopting a resolution approving feasibility report for water, sewer, streets, etc. in the River's Bend plat. CASE 49: REQUEST BY GRACE COMMUNITY BIBLE CHURCH FOR AN EXTENSION TO I I I I I I THEIR CONTRACT FOR USE OF THE LOWER LEVEL: Grace Community Bible Church was approved the use of the lower level for the purpose of conducting church services between May ZT, 1984 and September Z, 1984 on February 28, 1984 by the City Council. Since that time, they feel they could possibly have Phase I of their building completed before the end of November, 1984 and are, therefore, requesting an extension of their contract between themselves and the City. Enclosure (DZ-m) contains their letter requesting this extension and an amended copy of the agreement for your review. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Grace Commumity Bible Church's request for an extension in their contract between themselves and the City of Ramsey.
