I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I RESOLUTION #84- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (Ramsey Terrace) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted July 24, 1984, a report has been prepared by City Engineer Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of tlakanson Anderson ASsociates with reference to the improvement of the following streets by tarvia surfacing: a) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and Industry Avenue N.W. (County Road #116) b) Junkite Street N.W, between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. c) Iodine Street N.W. between ~4Oth Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. d) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. and Iodine Street N.W. e) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace and the east plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. f) 3unkite Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1984. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improve- ment of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur- suant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improve- ment of $ and an estimated total unit cost of $ . 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- ment on the day of , 1984 at 7:30 P.M. and the City Admini- strator/CLerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and im- provement as required by law.
