CI'T~ OF <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br /> DEVE/,O~ (~ONDITIORS ESTABLISHED <br /> BY THE CITY OF RAMSAY <br /> <br />II~'l~ ~ FURPOSE <br /> <br />To insure that all conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for all non-residential developments be fully understood by the applicant <br />and insure that the applicant fully complies with all conditions established <br />by this agreement dated this~/u{day of September, 1983. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />.The property is generally known as 6314 West Highway $10, Ramsey. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF <br /> <br /> 1) That the site plan submitted by the applicant shall be marked as <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated as a part of the agreement. <br /> <br /> 2) That all construction, including site improvements, shall be completed <br />as shown on Exhibit <br /> <br /> 3) That all existing storage sheds, box cars, etc. shall be removed <br />from the site. <br /> <br /> 4) That the applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with cash security <br />~n the amount of $500, which' cash security shall guarantee compliance with <br />the terms of this agreement and shall be refunded in full at such time as <br />all the requirements herein set forth are completed. <br /> <br /> 5) That all construction, including site improvements, shall be completed <br />prior to July 1, 1983 and further, that failure to comply shall result in <br />forfeiture of said $500 cash security. <br /> <br />We the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that we have read and understand <br />the terms of this development agreement. <br /> <br />BY: APPLICANT <br /> <br />BY: CITY <br /> <br /> Repre~entatlve& Lou/s Graves Company: <br /> <br /> <br />
