I <br /> I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATERSHED SUB-DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WKEREAS, it has been determined that a surface water drainage <br />problem exists in the areas known as Flintwood Hills and Ramsey Terrace; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has directed City Engineer, <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to prepare a <br />feasibility report on said surface water drainage problem; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, said report indicates certain areas of the City con- <br />tribute to a~d aggravate said surface water drainage problem as indicated <br />on attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />establishes a watershed sub-district as indicated on the attached <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> <br />
