Absent: Commissioner <br />Kennen. <br /> <br />Commission reviewed the proposed agreement. <br /> <br />Mr. Landowski stated that he has no problem with the findings of fact or the <br />proposed agreement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that he would like to see the proposed access onto <br />Armstrong Blvd. deleted because it just barely allows for a stack/ng distance <br />from the highway should that intersection become signalized. .Commissioner <br />Deemer recommended going with two accesses onto Riverdale. <br /> <br />Mr. Landowski stated that he has no problem with Commissioner"Deemer's <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that Item #2 of the Agreement should be modified to <br />specify that no access onto Armstrong Blvd. be allowed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend <br />approving the proposed conditional use permit agreement for Mr. Thomas Landowski <br />to manufacture mattresses, box springs and softside waterbeds in a B-1 Business <br />zone. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Johnson and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
