Lutz: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner <br />Deemer to recommend approval of the proposed plat of Lutz <br />Ramsey Acres with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Drainage easement be added over Lot #3 on low land. <br /> <br />2. 33' drainage and utility easement over the south side. <br /> <br />3. Topographic map be supplied. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Kennen. <br /> <br />Mr. Lutz stated that he has worked in many other villages and <br />a topographic map has never been required when dealing with <br />such a small amount of density. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that Mr. Lutz can request a variance <br />from the topo from Council. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Assemble Bass <br />Boats At Residence; Case Of Mr. James Sentyrz: <br /> <br />Mr. Sentyrz was present and stated that he would like to assemble <br />one or two bass boats a week in his garage until the business <br />really gets going; he does have space rented on Hwy. #10 for <br />storage and intends to move his business to an industrial area <br />as soon as possible. Mr. Sentyrz stated that there will not be <br />much noise involved, the boat frameworks will be sent out for <br />welding, boat interiors will be done by a cabinet shop, and <br />the hulls come completely assembled and will be stored in ware- <br />house on Hwy. #10. Mr. Sentyrz stated that he is contracting <br />with Ace Solid Waster to have crates and by-products removed <br />from his property.
