Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no APPLICATIONS FOR NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES (3.2 BEER): Listed below are the applicants for renewing their non-intoxi- cating malt liquor licenses with the City of Ramsey: Bob's Country Super Value b) Mobile Superette c) Tom Thumb Markets d) Brooks Superette Enclosure (D3-h) contains copies of their applications for your review. Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove of these applicants for non-intoxicating malt liquor. Voting yes Voting no CHARTER: Council members have all received final drafts of the City Charter several weeks ago and as you have probably noted there are a num- ber of things we are going to have to do to be in compliance with this document. The following is a list of things that we currently see that will have to be done: 1) Establishment of a City newsletter - In accordance with Section 12.12 City Charter this will have to be published six (6) times a year.
