Inasmuch as the request <br />has been made, we would recommend granting an extension until <br />September 1, 1984. This should give Mr. Graves ample time to <br />complete his committments without asking for any additional ex- <br />tensions. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-b) contains the development contract showing a re- <br />vised date from July 1, 1984 to September 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />Mr. Louis N. Graves request for an extension on his development <br />contract with the City. The following motion is presented for <br />Council consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/ <br />disapprove amending the development agreement between Louis N. <br />Graves and the City of Ramsey requiring all completions on or <br />before September 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR DRAINAGE PROBLEMS IN TH~ AREA OF FLINTWOOD <br /> <br />HILLS ADDITION: <br /> <br />At your regular meeting in May you directed the City Engineer to <br />do a feasibility study on the drainage problems which exist in <br />the area of Flintwood Hills. <br /> <br />At this writing that study is not completed and we are not sure <br />when it will be done. However, it will be available no later <br />than the meetinq. Based on the Engineers recommendation, it <br />will be necessary for you to take what action is necessary to <br />eleviate the problem. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to establish the drainage <br />subdistrict, accept the feasibility study and call for a public <br />hearing and establish rates for storm drainage improvements <br />within the City for the year 1984.
