Voting no <br /> <br /> I CASE ~4: REQUEST TOREZONING HI-TEN SPORTS PROPERTY FROM R-1RESIDENTIAL <br /> TO B-1 BUSINESS; CASE OF DICK HAGEN: <br /> <br /> I Mr. Dick ~gen appeared ~fore the Planning and ~ning commission <br /> at their last regular meeting requesting rezoning of his property <br /> (Hi-Ten Sports) from R-1 Rasidential to B-1 Business.. The prop- <br /> <br /> i erty is adjacent to the west side of the Alpaca Estates property <br /> which is zoned B-1 Business already.
