Voting no I CASE ~4: REQUEST TOREZONING HI-TEN SPORTS PROPERTY FROM R-1RESIDENTIAL TO B-1 BUSINESS; CASE OF DICK HAGEN: I Mr. Dick ~gen appeared ~fore the Planning and ~ning commission at their last regular meeting requesting rezoning of his property (Hi-Ten Sports) from R-1 Rasidential to B-1 Business.. The prop- i erty is adjacent to the west side of the Alpaca Estates property which is zoned B-1 Business already. Inasmuch as this will not impact any of the me~o facilities, an amendment to the Compre- hensive Plan will not ~ necessary. The Planning Commission, based on their findings of fact have , recommended approval of Mr. Hagens request. The following motions are presented for Council consideration: Motion by and seconded by to approve/dis- approve the findings of fact for Hi-Ten Sports rezoning from R-1 Residential to B-1 Business.
