,! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. The Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommended approval of this plat contingent upon Mr. Lutz pro- <br />viding the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Topography - Mr. Lutz is requesting a variance to this <br /> requirement inasmuch as the lots are so <br /> large <br /> <br />Drainage and utility easement over, across and under <br />the South 33 feet of the entire plat <br /> <br />3) Drainage easement over and across the low muarsh land <br /> found on Lot 3 Block 1 Lutz Ramsey Acres <br /> <br />The following items are included as Enclosure (D2-e) for your <br />consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes <br /> dated 6-5-84 <br />e) Planning and Zoning Commission minutes dated 6-5-84 <br />f) City Engineer's report <br />g) Building Official's letter to Mr. Lutz <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" is a copy of the preliminary plat for Lutz Ramsey <br />Acres. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove <br />the preliminary plat of Lutz Ramsey Acres. The following pro- <br />posed motion is hereby ~ubmitted for council consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by ~J~.~.~ aX.seconded by /~/g~'to approve/ <br /> disapprove preliminary and final plat of Lutz Ramsey Acres <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) Compliance with requirements set forth by <br />the City Engineer <br />2) Compliance with any and all requirements <br />set forth by the City Attorney <br />3) Compliance with the deficiencies noted by the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
