Lutz appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />at their last regular meeting for a public hearing and preliminary <br />plat approval of the plat of Lutz Ramsey Acres. The plat consists <br />of 30+ acres which lie along the South side of County Road #5 just <br /> <br /> <br />
