The <br />review process on the EAW will conclude on April 11, 1984. <br /> <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year <br />extension o--~--P~ase II of t 1~ plat was granted at your <br />February 28, 1984 council meeting. <br /> <br />Pondvale Estates: Mr. Mary Kytonen, the new developer on <br />this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the <br />streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. <br /> <br />Meadowbrook Estates: The City council, at its September <br />~-~-1983-~ee~ng, extended the filing date on this plat <br />until April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />~-10 Ramsey: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 <br />meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br />April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Ramsey Commons: The City council, at its September 27, <br />1983 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br />April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Ramsay .67: The developer is working on meeting city <br />requirements so he can record the plat on the 2nd <br />addition. <br /> <br />Beaudry's 2nd Addition: Project on hold until weather is <br />favOrabIe for ~onstrUction. <br /> <br />Ford Brook Estates: Project on hold until weather is <br />fav0~ble for construction. <br /> <br />DNR Proposed Shorelands: I am still waiting for the DNR to <br />complete their review of Ramsey's proposed shoreland <br />revisions. Upon completion of their review, ! will proceed <br />with the shorelands map and ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
