If the bids (interest rate) do not meet the criteria for a refunded bond, <br /> the fiscal consultant will cancal the bids. Mr. Don Keysser of Evensen-Dodge <br /> covered this with Council when he reviewed the process. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action, if the bids come in at the proper interest rate <br />or better, will be to adopt a resolution receiving and accepting or receiving and <br />rejecting bids. The following proposed motion is hereby, submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution ~84- <br />receiving and accepting (if Council rejects the bids, you will have to receiving <br />.and reject them by resolution) bids for $690M General Obligation Refunding <br />Improvement Bonds of 1984. Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br /> which shows all the bidders and the bid accepted by the~City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
