CASE ~: SETTING DATE FOR SPECIAL ELECTION ON PROPOSED CITY CHARTER: <br /> <br />Council received the proposed City Charter on February 28, 1984 from the Charter <br />Commission and accordingly, will have to accomplish the following: <br /> <br />a) Publish the proposed City Charter two consecutive times in the City's official <br /> newspaper. <br />b) Hold the special election within 90 days from receipt of the proposed City <br /> Charter. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to set the dates for the two consecutive <br />publications and set the date for the special election.
