CASE 4~6: PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS EOUIPMENT (TRACTOR, CHIPPER, USED STREET SWEEPER): Enclosure (DZ'-e) contains the plans and specifications for certain public works equipment (tractor, chipper, used sweeper) for your review and the proposed resolution. The 1984 City budget provides for the purchase of this equipment providing it is done by use of a certificate of indebtedness.
