Voting no . <br /> <br />ADMINISTERING OF ON-SITE SANITARY SEI:~FIC <br /> <br />Council, at their previous meeting, adopted an amendment to the On-site Septic <br /> Chapter 150.01. Council also requested that Staff submit <br />a proposed implementation plan of the on-site sewage disposal inspection program. <br /> <br /> Accordingly, enclosure (DZ-f) contains the proposed implementation plan. <br /> <br /> Your action will be to approve of the option you think best fits <br /> <br />CASE ~8: REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TIME TO FINALIZE MEADOWBROOK ESTATES <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT: <br /> <br />Mr. Petrucci will be in attendance at this Council meeting to discuss getting <br />additional time in finalizing the Meadowbrook Estates plat. Enclosure <br />contains Resolution ~83-170 which set April 1, 1984 as the deadline date for <br />finalizing it. Staff originally requested that the date be October 1, 1984 but <br />it was changed to April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. Petrucci's <br />request. <br /> <br /> <br />
