I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's adopted 1984 City Budget authorizes the <br />purchase of the following listed pieces of public works equipment by certificate of <br />indebtedness: <br /> <br />a) Tractor <br />b) Chipper <br />c) Street sweeper <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey, at their meeting of February <br />Z8, 1984, authorized the City to prepare plans and specifications for Council review. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows'- <br /> <br /> 1) The plans and specifications for the above stated equipment have been <br />received and are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Z) It is directed that the City of Ramsey advertise for bids on the above <br />equipment. It is further directed that bids be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April <br />19, 1984 to the City Administrator for opening, at which time they will be reviewed <br />and tabulated for submission to the City Council. The Council will receive the bids <br />at their regular meeting of April Z4, 1984. <br /> <br /> 3) It is further directed that the City Administrator report to the Council on <br />the administrative process for the execution of certificate of indebtedness at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> 4) It is directed that the following departments be furnished a copy of this <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />City Accountant <br /> <br /> <br />
