As a part of this, they are also requesting a 3.2 beer license <br />for the same time period. <br /> <br />The races are proposed on an 80 acre parcel of land which lies just north of <br />Industrial Blvd. NW and east of Ramsey Blvd. NW. The only development in the <br />area is the Peltzer Addition which lies just north of the proposed site. <br /> <br />The applicants have further proposed the following: <br /> <br />1) That races shall not start prior to 10:00 a.m. and shall finish no later than <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Z) That the race dates shall be June 9 and 10, 1984 with June 16 and 17, 1984 <br /> as rain dates. <br /> <br />3) That satellite toilet facilities shall be provided on the site. <br /> <br />4) That track safety shall be as specified on the Midwest 4-Wheel Drive <br /> Association safety rules and specifications. <br /> <br />5) That all parking will be provided on the site. <br /> <br />6) That liability and dramshop insurance shall be provided through Midwest <br /> 4-Wheel Drive Association. <br /> <br />7) That an ambulance shall be provided on the grounds at all times during <br /> competition. <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />That the 3.Z beer license shall be good fOr the hours of 1Z:00 p,~u. to 6:130 <br />p.m. each day.
