Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that letters of appreciation and salary cannot fully <br />express the City's appreciation for the outstanding job Mr. Goodrich has <br />done for the City; that even if Mr. Goodrich's thinking differs from that <br />of Council at times, he follows Council's direction. <br /> <br />Case #15: Council And Staff Workshop Meeting: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to have a special Council and Staff workshop meeting at 7:30 p.m., January <br />31, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 16153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. The purpose of the meeting is to review important issues with <br />Council and City Staff. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
