Non-abutting can vote to stop. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Licther and seconded by Commissioner Sieber to recess. <br /> <br />Hotion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman~ Commissioners Gamec, Data, <br />Bauerkemper, Lichter, Sieber and Buchanan. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioners Titterud and Greenberg. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 9:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman called the meeting back to order at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Buchanan expressed concern regarding projects being 100% assessed <br />before the project takes place. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued.
