Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to introduce Ordinance <br />#16-11 Amending Ramsey City Code by Deleting Article VIII Titled Gasoline Sales and Article <br />X Titled Motor Vehicle Sales, Repair and Rental. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Johns, Kuzma, <br />LeTourneau, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />7.05: Introduce Ordinance #16-12: Amending Chapter 2, Division 2 — Purchasing and <br />Repealing and Replacing Sections 2-272 Through 2-278 of the Ramsey City Code <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to introduce Ordinance <br />#16-12 Amending Chapter 2 Division 2 — Purchasing and Repealing and Replacing Sections 2- <br />272 through 2-278 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to introduce <br />Ordinance #16-12 Amending Chapter 2 Division 2 — Purchasing and Repealing and Replacing <br />Sections 2-272 through 2-278 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br />7.06: Consider Adoption of Ordinance #16-09 Amending the Residential Rental Licensing <br />Program <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation from <br />staff and the Planning Commission to adopt Ordinance #16-09 amending the Rental Licensing <br />Program.
