I <br /> I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec pointed out that Mr. Holker's request has laid dormant since <br />June 7, 1983 Planning Cc~mission meeting at which time the Commission <br />gave a consensus opinion and no motion was passed. <br /> <br />Mr. Holker replied that the City communicated to him that there should be no <br />problem and advised to proceed. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that it is Mr. Holker's responsibility to check out <br />the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Holker inquired as to why Mr. Berg did not mention the 1/10 requirement <br />to him. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that if Mr. Holker had followed up with his request last <br />year, it would have been brought to light. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Mr. Holker should have had a resolution in hand <br />before he entered into purchase agreements. Mr. Goodrich stated another <br />option open to Mr. Holker as requesting a density variance from the <br />Metro Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />deny Mr. Holker's request for subdivision by metes and bounds based on <br />the fact that the property is located in a 1 unit/10 acres zoning district. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~5: Engineering Regarding Pay Request On Central Park Irrigation <br /> Equipment: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the contractor ordered these parts in April and <br />has 30 days to pay; therefore, he is requesting partial payment from the <br />City to pay those bills. Mr. Raatikka stated that he expects that the <br />irrigation system will be installed by May 2, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #84-77 approving of the partial pay request of.'First <br />Impressions Contracting for irrigation equipment. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #84-77). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that he will hold payment until all items are secure. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Informational (A.
