CASE #4 ~ G%SE #5: Enclosure (D2-a) contains three letters dated December 12, December 13 and December 20, 1985 from Chateau Construction, Inc. which outline Chateau Construction's recent problems at the above address. In addi- tion, each of these letters indicates that Chateau Construction appar- ently believes the City is responsible for paying its expenses. How- ever, to date the City has not received the itemized list of expenses which is mentioned in each of the above referenced letters. The organization would like half of the annual contribution at this time.
