Since Industry Avenue NW is not a designated State Aid Street, MSAS funds cannot be used on the project. If you decide to proceed with the extension of 153rd Avenue NW from Pu~a Street l~ to U.S. Highway ~10 NW as proposed by City Staff at your Dec~,ber 17, 1985 Council meeting, a feasibility study should be ordered to determine the financing of the project. A proposed resolu- tion ordering the feasibility study is provided in the above enclo- sure.
