- 3 - <br /> <br /> 10. <br /> <br />following vacation schedule: <br /> <br /> Less than six~(6) years consec- <br /> utive full time employment <br /> <br />Vacation: Employee shall be entitled to the <br /> <br />After 6 years thru 11 years of <br /> employment but less than 12 <br /> years of consecutive full time <br /> employment <br /> <br />After ~2 years employment of <br /> consecutive full time <br /> employment <br /> <br />5/6 days for each <br />calendar month of <br />full time employment <br /> <br />1 1/4 days for each <br />calendar month of <br />full time employment <br /> <br />1 2/3 days for each <br />calendar month of <br />full time employment <br /> <br /> Employee may accrue vacation leave to a maximum of ten <br />(10) days. Employee will lose any earned but unused vacation <br />leave which may be accrued as of Employee's date of termination <br />with Employer. <br /> <br /> 11. Sick Leave: Employee shall be entitled to <br /> <br />sick leave with pay at the rate of 1 day for each calendar month <br />of full-time service or major fraction thereof. Sick leave may <br />be accrued to a maximum of 60 days at a rate of one day per <br />month. Unused sick leave in excess of 60 days at the end of a <br />calendar year (January 1st) shall be converted to vacation at a <br />rate of one hour vacation for each two hours of sick leave in <br />excess of 60 days. Employee will receive no payment for accrued <br />but unused sick leave at the time of his employment termination. <br /> <br /> 12. Hours of Work: The Employer recognizes the <br />requirement for time spent by Employee outside the typical forty <br />(40) hour work week and will therefore allow Employee to take <br />personal time off as Employee deems appropriate during normal <br /> <br /> <br />
