office hours. Meetings which the Employer requires Employee to <br />attend, outside Employee's forty (40) hour week, can be applied <br />to Employee's personal_time off. Employee will not be permitted <br />to take more than eight (8) hours of personal time off during any <br />one work week, Employee will keep, for Employer's review, a log <br />of his hours worked, as well as a log of his personal time off <br />taken. <br /> <br /> 13. Helberships: Effective with this agreement, <br /> <br />the Employer shall pay the annual membership dues on behalf of <br />the Employee to the International City Management ~Association and <br />the Minnesota City Management Association. <br /> <br /> 14. Travel and Business Expense: Effective with <br /> <br />this agreement, the Employer shall reimburse Employee for <br />business related expenses including, meals and travel. The <br />Employer will pay mileage for the use of the Employee's <br />automobile at the standard rate paid to other Employees. <br /> <br /> 15. Hoving: The Employer shall pay for moving <br /> <br />expenses related to the packing, unpacking, moving and relocation <br />of Employee and his family up to a maximum of $500.00. <br /> <br /> 16. Eiplo~ent Perforlanee: The parties agree <br /> <br />that the Employer will establish goals in order to judge <br />Employee's employment performance. Based on Employee's <br />performance, Employer may, in its sole discretion consider merit <br />pay and/or fringe benefits in addition to those items as <br />deescribed heretofore in this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
