Employee will lose any earned but unused vacation <br />leave which may be accrued as of Employee's date of termination <br />with Employer. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> 11. Sick Leave: Employee shall be entitled to <br /> <br />sick leave with pay at the rate of 1 day for each calendar month <br />of full-time service or major fraction ~hereof. Sick leave may <br />be accrued to a maximum of 60 days at a rate of one day per <br />month. Unused sick leave tn excess of 60 days at the end of a <br /> <br />calendar year (January 1st) shall be converted to vacation at a <br />rate of one hour vacation for each two hours of sick leave in <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />excess of 60 days. Employee will receive no payment for accrued <br />but unused sick leave at the time of his employment termination. <br /> <br /> 12. Hours of Work: The Employer recognizes the <br /> <br />requirement for time spent by Employee outside the typical forty <br />(40) hour work week and will therefore allow Employee to take <br /> <br />Ipersonal time off as Employee deems appropriate during normal <br /> <br /> office hours. Meetings which the Employer requires Employee to <br />I attend, outside Employee's forty (40) hour week, can be applied <br /> <br />to Employee's personal time off. Employee will not be permitted <br />to take more than eight (8) hoUrs of personal time off during any <br /> <br /> <br />
