At the time of this agenda preparation, Staff had incomplete informatiorm regarding price quotes ar, d postage costs; an update will be provided at the meeting. The prices we have received are as follows: I I I I I I I '1 I I I I I COMPANY NEWSLETTER SIZE PRICE Nystrorn Publishing, Maple Grove, MN 4 page - 11" x 15" 8 page - 11" x 15" $1,000.00 16 page - 8-1/2" x 11" $1,100.00 A11-Brite Graphics, Ramsey, MN 4 page - 11" x 17" 6 page - 11" x 17" $ 750.00 $1,125.00 In addition, Staff has determined that it will cost approximately $34~,.00 per month to mail 3,400 copies of the newsletter. We aisc, estimate that it will take approximately 30 hours per month of Staff time to solicit, write and compile informatiorm, edit, proofread, label and n~ail the newsletter.
