The City's 1986 budget ar, ticipeted the possibility of and provided the fundir,g for the additior, of a full-time secretary. The City's 1986 budget a]lc, cated $2,000 for the City newsletter. The printing, postage and personnel costs are estimated to be $18,000. Therefore, it will be necessary to transfer $16,000 from another appropriation. At this time, the Unallocated Item in the 1986 budget for. ur, anticipated expenditures for $26,000 could be used.
