I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i tnt:=oduced the following resolution Counci lmembe .. ~d ~:,v~ ~or r/~%'c~i'o'n'~"' RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON INPROVEMENT (Sports Haven WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets lb' sealooattng= a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between 166th Avenue N.W. and the South line of the plat of Carol-Rose Acres b) Xenoltth Street lying between 166th Avenue N.W. and Lots 2, 3 and Park, Block 3 of Sports Haven c) 166th Avenue N.W. lying between Varolite Street N.W. and the West line of Sports Haven d) 165th Lane lying between Variolite Street N.W. and Lots 3 and 4 Block 4 of Sports Haven and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Cocle. NC~ ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BI~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF *IRE CITt~ OF 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to [ir. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising, the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as rec~d. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ........... . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of January, 1986.
