I I I I I Councllmemb~r .... . ....... .. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON I~IPROVEMENT (Carol- l~ose Acre~ %86-7) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealooatir~: a) Yoltte Street N.W. lying between the North and South boundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose Acres b) 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yoltte Street N.W. and Vartoltte Street N.W. c) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yoltte Street N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- Rose Acres d) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City NOW ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF RAMSES, AN(~ (I~NTY, S~I%TE OF I~INNESO~, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recor~en5~. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember thereon, the following voted''"''----'"---in favor thereofand: upon vote being taken and the followin~ voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of January, 1986.
