Plans at the present time are <br />to develop a preliminary list of "Needs/Projects/Goals" to become the <br />starting point for discussion. Staff will prepare a presentation <br />which will group similar "Needs/Projects/Goals" into common catego- <br />ries. The objective of the Workshop should be to select no more than <br />five to seven "Needs/Projects/Goals" withir, each category which are <br />PRIORITY items. Ms. <br />Skarbakka's property is approximately 5.5 acres in size and is located <br />ir, the R-l, Residential District. Ms. Skarbakka has stated that the <br />majority of her accounting business will be conducted over the <br />telephone or at her client's place of business. The Planning and <br />Zor~ing Commission conducted a public hearing on Ms. Skarbakka's <br />request on February 4, I986 and recommended that the City Council <br />approve the request contingent upon Ms. Skarbakka entering into a <br />conditional use permit agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
